An ingrown toenail occurs when the edge of a toenail grows into the surrounding skin, causing pain, redness, swelling, and sometimes infection. It most often affects the big toe and can result from improper nail trimming or tight footwear.
Fungal nail, or onychomycosis, is an infection that affects the toenails or fingernails, causing them to become discolored, thickened, brittle, and sometimes cracked or separated from the nail bed. It is often caused by the same fungi that lead to athlete’s foot and thrives in warm, moist environments.

Cryotherapy for plantar warts involves freezing the wart with liquid nitrogen, causing the tissue to die and allowing healthy skin to replace it. This quick and effective treatment may require multiple sessions.
Wart needling for plantar warts is a procedure where a small needle is used to puncture the wart, stimulating the immune system to fight off the virus causing it. This minimally invasive treatment is effective for persistent warts and typically requires only one session with minimal recovery time.
